Refund policy

To organise a return or exchange, please email us at hello@furlongandgale.com within 15 days of your delivery with your order number.

Returns for all orders are complimentary. You will be provided with a customised return label - for Australian customers, this will be via Australia Post. For New Zealand customers, this will be with New Zealand Post. For UK customers, this will be with the Royal Mail.

Returned items will need to be in an un-worn, saleable condition. We reserve the right to not process a return for any items that don't meet this criteria.
