Shipping: 

We currently ship to addresses in Australia and New Zealand. 

All orders receive free express shipping via Australia Post. Please keep in mind the estimated shipping times below. 

• Australia: 
• NSW: 1-2 business days
• ACT: 1-3 business days
• QLD, SA, VIC, TAS: 2-3 business days 
• WA: 2-4 business days
• NT: 3-4 business days 
• New Zealand: 5-8 business days 

Exchange and Returns: 

We offer free and easy exchanges and returns for all orders via Australia Post. To organise an exchange or return, please email us at hello@furlongandgale.com within 15 days of your delivery with your order number. All returns will be processed as a full refund to the payment method used to place your order. 

Returned items will need to be in an un-worn, saleable condition. We reserve the right to not process a return for any items that don't meet this criteria.
